To become a member of CRSE, you must first sign up for the CRSE Designation Training & Membership
Complete this 14-hour course and get your CRSE designation and 1 year full membership with CRSE. Membership is renewal each year for $100. Receive extensive training on all things related to what you are marketing – the house. The training is delivered virtually. Certified CRSE Members have access to core training, the CRSE support center, and industry updates to keep you
educated on what’s happening in the residential system field.
Certified CRSE Members
Certified CRSE members have completed the required core training. In addition, Certified CRSE Members have access to the CRSE Support Center which provides members access to experienced professionals (home inspectors, contractors, and real estate agents) that can assist with those unique situations encountered during the inspection contingency step of the transaction. Additionally they are authorized to use the CRSE designation on thier marketing materials.
Certified CRSE Instructors
Certified CRSE Instructors are Certified CRSE Members that have demonstrated competency in residential systems knowledge and presentation skills. Certified CRSE Instructors can provide local live training to your brokerage or association. Certified CRSE Instructors, with appropriate approvals, may be qualified to provide state continuing education training. Call to discuss the details.
